2 hit areas?

That was ok...until i realised there are only 2 hit areas. Plus I hit him in the balls...that always gets you something. Plus they have one of the highest blood supplies in the body. Did you know that? I got it off a teacher.

After playing through about three times I noticed that it is impossible to lose due to special attacks appearing in almost every battle. No skill is involved.
